Bear ears

In the last few weeks we have had a couple of pretty cold days. We had to stick him in his coat to take him to church a few weeks ago. I though he looked so cute in his coat. It's tan and soft with bear ears on the hood.

Five Months

Wesson is now five months old. He has so much personality now. He loves to gabber and talk. He loves making the da da da sound and hanging upside down. Wesson loves to stand and eat his hands. He still only rolls over one way, but we are working on that. Wesson loves to play with daddy. He can be grummpy for me, but as soon as dad comes home he is laughing and playing again.

Look at this

Wesson finally has enough hair to do this!!!!
A little tiny MOHAWK!!
We thought it was so cute! Wesson's hair is so funny. In most of the pictures he looks like he is bald, but really his hair is so blond it looks see through. HE really doesn't have that much hair, but he does have enough for his first Mohawk.
P.S. Kaylene we love the PJ's that you gave Wesson. Notice he is wearing them in the pictures.

Haircut for Kent

So yesterday I decided to cut Kent's hair. I borrowed the buzzers from my brother and went at it. Kent was nervous that I would mess up his hair. I did mess up some, but I hope no one can tell. I think he still looks handsome. Next time I will do better.

Go Big Red!!!

So today Kent and Wesson had the opportunity to attend their first HUSKERS game! A work friend of Kent gave us tickets. So we drove to Lincoln for the game. I was nervous about taking Wesson, afraid that he would scream the whole time, but he only cried for about 10 mins the whole time. He even took two naps during the game. We almost didn't get in, because we only had two tickets, not three. Wesson needed a ticket even though he would be sitting on our laps the whole time. But they let us through and told us never to do it again. It didn't matter if we had a newborn, the baby would need a ticket. Now for those of you who don't know about Nebraska and it's football, should be warned! 1) Never comment that the Huskers are just a college team 2) if you don't wear red or a Nebraska shirt watch out!! 3) If the Huskers lose the whole state is mad! and 4) The fans are really happy if the team is going good, if not they are screaming at the refs, coaches, players, and to ever will listen. Lucky for us they won! The weather was perfect! It was in the high 60's and ever so often it would sprinkle. You needed a light jacket or just a short sleeve shirt and you didn't have to worry about getting too hot or cold! This is the "Sea of Red" (I told you everyone wears red!)This is after the first touchdown! They always release red balloons. Man I look cool!

Bath Time!

Here are some cute pictures we took at bath time. I'm so glad Wesson likes his baths now. When he was first born he hated them. He would scream through the whole thing. Now I have to put his bath tub in the big tub because he kicks and splashes too much water on the floor. I can't wait until he can sit up and play with toys!r.
