Last week Wesson had his 15 month check up. Here are his stats.
Height: 32" --77.5%
Weight: 23.5 lbs -- 32.7 %
Head: 48.3 cm -- 80.89%
He only had two shots!! Only one more left at 18 months until he is 5!!! Yeah!! I hate shots!!
A couple weeks ago I posted about "30 Day Shred". I did it for 4 days and was really sore. Several of the day I also ran 3 miles. I was so sore that it hurt to have Wesson touch my legs and antagonizing to go up and down stairs, which is not good when you live on the second floor and have to climb two flights of stairs several times every day!!! Kent then made me stop due to the fact that we were heading to go camping and doing a ton of hiking along with a four hour climbing cave tour. I started over again. I am on day three. I'm not as sore as the weeks before. I started with 5 lb. weights and then moved down to 3 lb weights. If you are doing this to, let me know your updates.

South Dakota Trip!
Ok, I'm finally getting around to blogging about our South Dakota Trip. Instead of posting a bunch of pictures I'm just posting the scrapbooking pages that I've completed already. I was really excited about this trip because my brother, sister in law, niece, 2 sisters, and two cousins were coming from Az and meeting us in SD for all the fun!!!
We left Wednesday morning at 4! I was hopeing that Wesson would sleep most of the time, but he didn't. We picked my family up from the airport and headed to Mount Rushmore!

Here is my little family in front of Mount Rushmore! It was amazing to see it up close!

After Hiking around Mount Rushmore we headed to The President's Slide! This is a must do!! It like the Alpine Slides in Utah! You take a tram up, grab a sled, and go as fast as you want down. It goes for about 2,000 ft. Lots of fun!

After that we headed to our campground, set up camp and enjoyed the wonderful weather. It was a beautiful campground and we bascially had the whole place to ourself. The only problem was the lack of a shower. So please excuse our appearences. There was no make up or hair products used on this trip. Though we did mange to wash our hair once in the utility sink.
We stayed in Wind Cave National Park. So of course we had to explore those. They had several different tours, so we got to pick which one to go on. Kent HATES caves. I would to, if you have to bend over the whole time and hit your head over and over. But that's what you get when you're 6" 5'. Needless to say he stayed in camp and watched the babies so we could enjoy the caves. I went on the Wild cave. This is the most complex, biggest cave in the world. This tour is held only once a day four 10 people. This is the hard core tour. It consist of hard hats, knee pads, and signing your life away if something should happen to you. It's 4 hours of crawling, scooting, and climbing. You never walk up right, and there is no path. There are bottomless pits, cliffs, and drop off everywhere. You have to be extremely carefull at all times and must have 2 parts of your body touching the cave while you move a third part. Food and water is not allowed in the cave, so if you decide you have to go.... well you go is this bottle and you carry it out. Gross, I know. I made sure I went right before we decended 20 stories into the ground. I had an AMAZING time. We saw lots of cool rock formations and had a once in a life time experience.

We also did alot of hiking, but have not scrapbooked those yet. I plan on getting those done and posting them later.

Cameras were not allowed, so here are some before and after shots.

Kent and Levi love to play "Toss a Baby" with Wesson. He loves it!

How cute is this?

We played alot of Horseshoes while we were in camp. I love playing horseshoes and become pretty good.

My latest projects
So I pick up this cute t shirt fabric to make pajamas for Wesson. I was super excited I got it on Sale for $3.75. The elastic I paid a dollar for, and the ribbing, my mom gave me. I made some summer pj's and I plan on making winter ones out of the same material. Plus have some left over! That is two pairs of PJ's for $4.75!!! Talk about a deal!! This was my first time making actual clothes. I was a little nervous, made a few phone calls to my mom, but had them completed after two hours. Not bad for my first time. The winter ones should go a lot faster. So check out the Pj's

I also spent about a half hour this morning make this "I- Spy" bag for Wesson. I hope it will help him sit a little more quietly during all the Sunday meetings. I don't know why the picture is turned. It was fine when I up loaded it. The bag is full of lots of different trinkets for him to find. I knew all my sister's Polly pockets would come in handy! They were full of lots of cute little things. The perfect size!!
P.S. On Wednesday we are leaving to go to South Dakota!! So excited! We are going to see Mount Rushmore, the Black Hills, and explore some of the Wind Caves!!! Though not so excited about the 8 hour drive there with a one year old!!

He must take after his father!!!
So today Wesson woke up early from nap. I was hoping he would go back to sleep, but that didn't happen. I went in his room to get him and I found him standing completely naked (diaper included)!! Lately he wakes up in the morning with his pajama bottoms off. Which he is still wearing when I check on him and cover him up for the night. This was the first time I found him with no diaper on!! Good thing he didn't pee all over his bed, or pooped for that matter. But I was completely shocked to see his just standing there happy as can be with no clothes on! All I have to say is, he gets it from his father!!

Talk about funny!
Just a warning, some of you might think this post is appropriate, But I think it's funny and I want to record it. So deal with it!
Kent was at home with just Wesson and had to go to the bathroom. And if you are home with Wesson alone we usually leave the door open, because he freaks out. So Kent was hoping he could just run in and go really fast before Wesson realized that he had left the room and would find him in the bathroom. Kent decided to go standing up and was worried about Wesson playing in the urine, so he is trying to hurry. Well, Wesson finds him while Kent is still going and Wesson is curious and is trying to see what is going on. Kent is trying to block him so he is moving side to side so Wesson would not make a mess. Wesson finally has enough of this and pokes his head between Kent's legs so he could see what was happening. So Kent has to finish going with Wesson's head stuck between his legs!

Day one and two of 30 Day Shred
So Yesterday I did day one of "30 Day Shred" Man it was tough! I only have 5lb weights and could only use the weights about 3/4 of the time. I think I'm going to invest in some 3 lb. I did finish the whole exercise, but afterward I could hardly walk. My legs felt like jelly and I though they would collapse. But after about 1 1/2 hrs. they felt fine. My arms were really tired I had a hard time just eating! I had never felt that tired before. Except maybe after giving birth. The next morning I was REALLY sore! Kent could barely touch me! I stretched some and Kent helped massage my legs and I felt better. In fact I got up and did day 2! I only used the weights some, but did most of it without weights. When I was done, I was not as tired as I was the day before! Though at work I ended up carrying Wesson on my back and pushing 2 three year olds, and 1 two year old in a stroller part way. I was about to die! I have problems doing stairs and getting up and down, but I'll see how I feel after running tonight! I don't know how much I will beable to run. I plan on doing 10 days on each level. I took my stats and I'll let you know how it is going! Since I started my wieght lost quest, I've lost 12 lbs. and am now longer over wieght!!!! Good luck on those who are doing this with me!
