So if you know the Tryon's we love to hike! So on Saturday we planned on hiking the superstition mountains. But it was raining! So you would think you would cancel right? Wrong! Not if you are a Tryon! Tryon's are tough!!! So We had 5 kids under the age of 4. one was a newborn and two pregnant ladies. Talk about lots of fun!
So you can see that I have a hunch back in the picture? That is Wesson under there! It was very wet and muddy! We only ended up hiking a mile or more instead of five.
As you can see everyone is wearing garbage bags over thier coats. Everyone was still soking by the time we got down. I have to say that it was one of my favorite parts of my vacation. Wesson at first didn't like it. He had only slept for about a half hour before we got there and didn't like the fact that there was rain pelting him in the face until we got the coat over him. He would only start fussing when I stopped walking. He would just go "ba ba ba" the whole time in fact it was funny at one time we had three babys walking side by side and they were making the same sound. It was funny!

what a brave chick you are! i would never have wanted to hike in the rain! :) by the way.. did you get a perm? or is your hair always that curly? so cute! and i LOVE LOVE LOVE your sewing projects! Wesson is a great model too :)
ok about july... here is what i was thinking... I was thinking a while ago about the vacation, and i thought.. "if im going to drive all the way to Cali. i want to REALLY make it worth it" i guess im being selfish and feeling like i want a REAL vacation (baby free) so this is what I was thinking... Jon and i would drive to AZ on the 3rd of july after he gets off work. and then hang out there, until the 6th (at like 3 AM) we would drive to Cali and get there when Disneyland opened (with OUT Hanna, we would leave her with my parents) and then hang out at Disneyland OR Disneyland adventure, we can pick ONE to get a free ticket for jon on his birthday. and then hang out there as long as we want, go to the beach after we are done, or just go eat dinner, go to a movie, whatever we want to do! go clubbing! haha.. kidding :) and then stay in a hotel that night, and then the next day go to the beach (if we didnt the night before) then go to LA and Hollywood and see the "sites" and then i wanted to go to The Price is Right! they have a taping at 4pm. and then after all that is over, and we feel we have had enough, we'll drive back to AZ that night.
so that is what i wanted to do, but i know that you guys might not be able to find a baby sitter for Wesson for a couple nights in AZ. If you COULD, or even wanted to, then you could fly to AZ, and then we could take our car to cali, and then all drive home together. let me know what YOU guys want to do. if you still want to fly to cali and bring wesson that it totally fine with us! let me know! :)
